What we keep

• Your name, email and a secure hash of your website password.
• Your payments: amount, method and transaction ID.
• Your installations: Windows version, username, Remote Desktop port, progress and your server’s public IP (to show the progress and tell you when Windows is ready).

What we do not keep

• Your server root password. You never give it to us.
• Your Windows password after the command is used. The saved command is encrypted and deleted once the installation starts or the command expires.

Who sees it

Only our team, to run the service and answer your questions. We do not sell your data.
